I have not seen any plan take so many years to get prepared. It was a long wait for business owners operating in the Parramatta CBD. However, finally the time has come when the plan was approved by the NSW government. We will now have an expanded CBD with various skyscrapers that will add a new charm to the city. It is incredible to imagine how the face of the region will change after the development takes place. It will create a lot of new jobs and living spaces for the local people.
